Internal External Gear

Anant Engineering is one of the prominent manufacturers and exporters of ring gear. An external gear is one with the teeth formed on the outer surface of a ring. An internal gear is one with the teeth formed on the inner surface of a ring. The teeth are directed outwards on the circumference. Ring gears have High Efficiency and durability which is machined on the faces to eliminate undesirable stress concentrations.

Internal Ring Gears provide a compact parallel shaft transmission drive with a large speed reduction. With internal toothing, the center distance to an externally toothed gear can be shortened. While the direction of rotation changes when two externally toothed gears are used, the sense of rotation remains the same when pairing with an internal gear. The center distance can be shortened by using a ring gear with internal toothing instead of external toothing.

We can produce ring from diameter 50mm to 3000mm and 1 module to 20 module or 32 D.P. TO 1 D.P. For the quality of product we use high grade materials like en353, en36, en24, en19 and en8 or en9 as per requirement of client.
