A Plummer Block comprises several components, including a cast iron Block Base, gunmetal bearing bottom and top halves, a cast iron cap, and two mild steel bolts. The block is designed in two halves to facilitate effortless insertion and removal of the shaft into and out of the bearing. The split bottom and top halves offer the advantage of easy replacement, effectively addressing issues related to wear and tear. The block base is equipped with bolt holes, elongated with semi-circular ends, allowing for adjustment of the bearing's position.
